British Columbia is one of our favorite areas to take a road trip. The scenery along the way is breathtaking, from beachy coasts and mountain-side lakes to green, dense forests with sunlight peeking through the trees.
While the drive is beautiful in and of itself, we always look forward to the fun stops along the way. Vancouver and neighboring Vancouver Island are full of life and offer tons of activities, so be sure to spend a few nights to savor the experience. Most of the road trips we’ve been on in BC start in these two areas.
