The Okanagan Valley is located in southeast British Columbia and shares a border with Washington in the US. Its prime location makes it ideal for growing fruit, and it’s also home to various vineyards that have produced some award-winning wines.
We love traveling through the Okanagan in the summertime to go hiking and biking through the hills, relax on Okanagan Lake, and of course, sample all the local wine.
On the other hand, we’ve also been fortunate to enjoy this beautiful area in winter as well. Kelowna, the main city, has a ski field that is perfect for all levels and offers truly incredible views.
No matter when you visit, check out our blogs below that explain everything we’ve learned after visiting the Okanagan.
