Mount Cook is an absolute gem on the South Island of New Zealand. We’ve lost track of how many times we’ve visited, but we always look forward to returning.
It’s home to some of the biggest glaciers in New Zealand, the tallest mountain in the country, and is an explorer’s dream. We love hiking the Hooker Valley Track, staying at the Mueller Hut, and stargazing until we can’t keep our eyes open.
