On Mexico’s Pacific coast is the town of Puerto Vallarta. We love this area and actually lived here for a bit, so we always look forward to coming back.
There are plenty of bucket list activities in Puerto Vallarta like swimming with dolphins and attending the Rhythms of the Night dinner show. For something more low-key, we like walking along the boardwalk or strolling through the botanical gardens.
