Verde Valley’s wine scene is huge, but with so many options and limited time, we didn’t want to waste the day on mediocre stops. That’s why we booked this small-group wine tour from Sedona—and we’re so glad we did.
Our guide, Jorge, made the experience even better. He was professional, on time, and incredibly knowledgeable about the region’s wine, history, and culture. His easygoing personality set the tone for a relaxing day, and he made sure no one ever felt rushed.
We visited a mix of well-loved vineyards and hidden gems—from Javelina Leap, where we toured the barrel room and sipped their legendary sangria, to Cove Mesa, where we sampled bold reds that locals say might be the best in Arizona.
